Problem

Blackstone Country Club, along with its sister club, Blackbear Country Club, aimed to enhance their membership and community presence. To achieve this goal, they organized an open house event, which necessitated the development of diverse promotional materials.

Solution

I crafted an extensive suite of digital and print materials, tailored to promote the event and drive new sources of income for the club. This encompassed an array of visually engaging content, including an eye-catching email header, a flyer for members to give to their friends to encourage their attendance, and a premium mailer to encourage members of the community to come out.

Outcome

On the first day of the open house, the clubs collected $24,000 in initiation dues, and an additional $16,000 was generated from new initiations by attendees on subsequent days. This impressive sum of $40,000 in total initiation fees reflects the strong interest and the overall success of the event.
