Country Club of Hilton Head was using a 2 year old brochure when they had prospective new members in house on tours and they were not capturing enough of them. The club was also looking for a more premium feeling brochure that captured what life at the club was really like
I designed the club a brand new brochure that included far more of the clubs superb photos and also featured a new designer-inspired pattern that could be used throughout other membership materials for the club. I also transitioned the club from using a Mid-Century-Modern-esque typeface to a more premium Serif typeface that coupled well with their new high-end brochure and brand elements.
