Knollwood Country Club was looking for a way to engage existing members and also add new members. The club decided to host an open house and in doing so they encouraged members to invite their friends and family, emphasizing that the club was not just a place to belong but a home for shared memories and connections. This approach aimed to boost loyalty and strengthen relationships among existing members. To promote this event they decided that the club needed to send out a mailer to the community to encourage people to come.
A well-designed mailer was necessary to encourage prospective members to attend the event. The mailer needed to be both premium feeling and convey the warm, inviting atmosphere of the club, while also communicating the club's spirit. This invitation served as a physical bridge between members and potential newcomers, ultimately leading to an increase in new memberships and a tighter, more closely connected community.
