
Sales counselors were sending static, boring pdfs about their communities as follow up tools to their contacts. This was lacking the personalized home buying experience that was a part of the William Ryan Homes brand promise and updating the PDFs for every community across the country was a massive workload.
When presented with this problem I was originally just asked to update the old PDFs, however I thought outside the box and developed a personalized landing page system using the contact level data inside our CRM to serve our customers with a personalized experience. Now, the sales counselors only needed to provide their contacts with a link to the landing page and it would serve the contact a landing page welcoming them by name and inviting them to explore the community details and amenities, frequently asked questions, and to learn more about the available floor plans.
